Additional information regarding house, prices and reservation

- All apartments are equipped with air-conditioning. Use of air-conditioning is charged 5-7 Eur/Day on top of the apartment rental cost.

- Almost all apartments have 3 fans, 2 x ceiling fan and one floor fan .

- During your stay in our apartments you can have kayak with two seats or one seat, free of charge
- During your stay, in low season, you can use table tenis or table footbal for sport activities during your apartment rental to have more fun while you are on holidays.

- WiFi is available and it is free of charge.

- Some important information to our guests -

You are very welcome in our house but there are some things to take in to account prior to make decision to rent our apartments.

We are not hotel or Bed and Breakfast meaning that
we do not change sheets on daily basis
we do not change towels on daily basis
we do not serve breakfast
we do not enter in your apartment once when you are there except when you need us
we do not provide daily supplies for you
smokers are welcome
pets unfortunately are not welcome
it is very hard to enter disabled person in our house as we do not have elevator
you can grill - barbeque in our house but this space belongs to all our guests
Our biggest terace could be used by all our guests
If something is missing in the apartment, not functioning or you think is wrong please inform us immediately
as we will try to solve it as soon as possible

Of course we are 24 hours at your disposition for any help.
We will be very glad to have happy and satisfied guest

Reservation:
Apartment reservation will be regarded as confirmed after receiving 30% of total arrangement sum. If for any reason you wont to cancel reservation the paid sum will be fully refunded if cancellation is at last 50 days prior to arrival date.
